My spicy roasted chickpea spice blend
Okay, so you make the roasted chickpeas per usual.
After I cooked mine, I mixed in some smart balance margarine (full of healthy oils) and then roasted them. Spice blend: powdered cayenne pepper (don't go overboard, but make it to your taste... make it fiery! make it mild!) garlic powder soul seasoning a bit of mrs dash Put the roasted chickpeas in a tupperware or rubbermaid, toss in the spices, put on the lid, shake, shake, shake, until it's coated. Taste to determine if you need more of anything. |
