Default Warm Crab and Spinach Dip

My Absolute fav! I got this from a friend who works at The Keg Steakhouse. I mod. to fit SB.

Warm Crab and Spinish Spread

1 8 oz cream cheese sub (dairy free)
1/2 c FF sour cream
2 tbsp mayo
3/4 c FF cheddar cheese grated
2 cloves garlic minced
3/4 c finely chopped spinach (if frozen - strain well)
1 can crab meat, drained and rinsed

Mix all together and fold in crab last. Top with a little cheese and green onion. Bake 350 for 30 minutes. or until bubbly . let set and enjoy.

( use on cucumber slices, etc)

I made this last night (just used lf cream cheese- the neuf-whatever stuff)
and brought it to work- everyone loved it! I have requests to make it again for a building lunch in a few months.

I'm making this as we speak... such a wonderful recipe, thank you for posting. I've been trying to find something different for a snack.

I used fat free cream cheese, and I used a shredded parmesan/romano/asiago mix instead of cheddar, and some onion powder as well as garlic parsley salt. Also cut up green onion and added it to the mix, and a small chunk of RF cheddar to top (along with some more green onions for topping.)

And now I'm eating some with cucumber slices, and it's heavenly. A bit salty but that's entirely my fault.
