I cant stay out of the 250s... its awful. i get out.. and BAM im back in...
I just wanna rid myself of this weight and get it off for good..... I dont wanna obsess... I tend to step on the scale everyday. which i need to stop. last night it saird.. 252... this morning it said... 263... lol.. no way i gained 11 lbs overnight...
not just that my scale is mean, but i do think its so old it might be off kilter...
Im gonna weigh myself on my moms scale i think from now on. I keep saying that though. i really need to throw my scale away!
one time i actually tested it. I drank a whole BUNCH of water... I REALLY had to pee. so i stepped on the scale, it said... 250... I went pee, got nekkid and stepped on it again... it said 256... LOL... soo... again i dont wanna BLAME my scale, but i think something is wrong with it!
