Cool a real wake up call

Hey everyone. I found this site through the magazine first and their recent article on losing 43 lbs by Christmas. I had a real wake up call recently and almost lost my marriage. I should have woken up a long time ago when it came to my weight. I have been more then 100lbs overweight for a while. Well the call came about a month ago. I had slowly lost about 30 lbs but hadn't really worked on doing much more. In a months time with everything I have now lost another 10. I have about 78 more to go. I have started working out and have had to buy new clothes. That feels good buying the smalller sizes but some days are still really hard. I've been taking this stuff called cyrlais. (not sure if that is spelled right) and that seems to be helping and I am really trying to make sure I work out 4 times a week. 2 days of cardio and 2 days of weights. I can't believe it took almost losing 16 years with my huband to really get me off my rear. Anyway looking forward to checking everything out and getting the rest of this weight off.

hi, i learned about this site in the same magazine article you did. That's a really great magazine.
I am really inspired by your motivation with working out.
that is my downfall. I can usually eat pretty healthy but excercise-no way
but I am going to fit it in--somewhere-
I too, need to lose about 100# Since you have already started losing (and doing a great job at it, too) you know how great it feels. Keep it up. I'm cheering for you.
I'll be here often if you need a pep talk-or if you need someone to cheer for you.
Good luck

I found this place through the First article too. I figure this must be karma. I never buy magazines, but I decided not to buy the candy bars and put the magazine in the basket.

Welcome. Looking forward to chatting in the threads.
