Hi
I live in Toronto Canada and have reached a terrible period in my weight loss journey. At 50, I am now 30 pounds overweight and can't lose an ounce. I have all the diets memorized yet can't stick to any of them. Please help!!!

Hi there, and Welcome! Boy, I can understand how you feel. I really struggle to lose anything too. I am hypothyroid and diabetic now, and it sure makes it hard to lose. I follow Sugarbusters because I find it is the easiest plan I have ever followed. And it works for me better than anything else. What do you see as your biggest problem? Sugar and sweets? They can be addicting. My advice would be to decide which diet is most compatible to YOU, and then find the forum on here that relates to it. Finding others who follow the same plan will be a great help. You can get tips, ideas, recipes and support from others who understand. I wish you the best.
HI, I can understand how you're feeling...what you're going through! I have been on every diet out there. And, they all work. For awhile. I've gained and lost the same pounds over and over. I just quit dieting. Now, I concentrate on eating healthy. Change your attitude, change the way you eat. You don't have to memorize a diet, just ask yourself if what you're eating is nutritious and watch your portions. Drink all the water you're supposed to because yor body requires water to be hydrated and flush the waste.
Good luck, you can do this
