Me: 186, up half a pound from last week. I came to the realization in the middle of this week that what I was doing just wasn't working. Eating by my sensible plans, then having a few "snacks" as I watch tv before I go to bed is simply keeping me from hitting goal. So, it's back to the old ways for me. Maintaining is fine, but I'm not at that stage yet.



and I'm thrilled to report... I lost 1 lb. this week and 2 last week. I'm soooooooo thrilled!
I've already gone down 2 sizes in my jeans and they are starting to get a little loose - yeah!!!
