Okay, I'll post--might hold me accountable--

Puffins (not whole, but not too bad)
banana

ff hazelnut sf latte (not whole... could be worse, tho)

apple

veggie bean soup (I done good on this one--yummy)
ww mini-bagel as croutons
blob of greek yogurt (really into the blobs of yogurt) stirred in

Wasa multi-grain cracker
PB
my beloved Amish elderberry jelly--don't know what I'll do when I run out

contemplating eating dinner at Mexican, so here it is:

wine
chicken salad (grilled chicken, lettuce, salsa, blob of guac--may have to forgo the guac if I have 2 glasses wine--have to estimate the calorie count when I see it)

B-ww toast with pumpkin and peanut butters, OJ, coffee, banana
S-Kashi bar
L-veggie pizza, easy on the cheese
S-Clif Mojo bar
D-will be a homemade chicken pot pie with pizza crust-type dough.

Not a great whole foods day, but it could have been a lot worse. Tomorrow I'm racing so it definitely won't be a whole foods day (lots of gatorade, sports gel, bananas, and white bagels), but I'll be back Monday.

I have to start back tomorrow or Monday. We had a party last night at our house for work people -- made chicken and beef fajitas on the grill (it's still nice here in Texas so we can do that), and we had all the extras too. Refried beans, Mexican rice, tons of salsa and pico de gallo, flautas, cheese, chips, onions and peppers and Tres Leches cake. Now who do you think has all the leftover food? Uh-huh, that would be me. We're going to be eating this food for a few days.
