S/C/G: 324 highest known/on hold/150

Height: 5' 5"

Default Planning for Tuesday Aug. 5

Back from my 3 days off plan and from the holiday (here in the U.S., anyway), and right back on track!
  • 3 eggs
  • SmartOnes Santa Fe chicken meal
  • sandwich (light whole wheat bread, lettuce, dill flavored hummus, swiss cheese, and turkey)
  • banana and peanut butter smoothie
1 liter of water down, hopefully 2 more before I leave the office for the day...if it stops raining, then I'll go for a walk after work, but if it keeps pouring like it is now, then perhaps I'll finally try that DVD that came with my stability ball...
