I'm brand new to this posting thing, in fact, this is the first post on any forum that I've ever made. But ive been reading other posts on this forum today and it seems like a really good weight-loss site where i can get support from other people in a similar situation to me and support them.
I am 18 yrs old, and am just about to move away from home to uni at leeds. I have been trying to lose weight for a month now and have have some success, a month ago i was 110kg and now iam 102 kg. But i dunno whats going on now my weight wont shift an INCH!! Really dunno what to do and i guess am just looking for some motivation and some new ideas.
This is the xercise routine i try to keep to
swimmimg for 1 hour 5 times a week
walking for 1-1.5 hours 3times a weeks
and some random workout DVD's. Am i doing enough?
all suggestions welcome
