Everyone Weigh In 08/25/06

  • It's time again for the general weekly weigh in thread. All are invited to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck all!

    Me: 185.5, down 1 pound from last week. But it would have been 188, if I had used the weight I had when I woke up for work. But I had a killer headache, called in sick, and went back to sleep for a few hours. After I woke up and puttered around a bit, I was down to this weight. So I dunno what my "real" weight is. Curious to see next week's number.
  • Today is my weigh-in day as well. I am down 2.4 pounds this week. HOORAY. I cant believe it. Right now, i am loving water and exercise. Man what a boost.
  • down 4 lbs this week. Just starting and it's the water weight- but hey, it's still 4lbs!
  • Down to 145! This journey is nearing the end Thank God!
  • I am down 4 lbs. and I have entered onederland. I am so excited. I think I will go and buy me some pants that fit.

    Buuutttt....I'm down another 1.5 inches, brining the grand total to 11.5 inches gone away.
  • I am down 2 pounds finally it only took almost the whole month and then this week finally some more results.I am also down 2.5 more inches since last week.
  • I am back on track now. I'm only up 2 lbs from vacation and a massive week long binge, but that's out of my system and I'm back to eating well and exercising so we'll see what next week brings!
  • I gained 3lbs over the last week. I'm now 144.5... it's okay though I am on the right track now and starting a fresh new routine.
  • ok so I think my scale is whack for sure cause it said 159 but when I stepped on it after breffix (very light), it said 162. That's quite a gain in my opinion. I'll just say I stayed the same or thereabouts. I'll check next week, if it's 159, then I'll change my ticker. For all who cared to read that, thanks.
  • 126.4 boo weekend eating is the culprit...
  • 185, so no loss from last week. But after that long plateau, I'm just glad I didn't gain that stubborn pound back.

    Starting a new job (or two) plus classes -so we'll see what next week looks like.
