Whole Foods Menu 8/24

  • I totally missed yesterday's menu. Ooops. Today is dd's birthday. We'll see if I can stick to plan.

    B-2 eggs, salsa, avocado, ww tortilla (I WILL leave the homemade cinnamon rolls alone!)
    L-tabbouli w/ cuke, onion, and pepper
    S-almonds, apple
    D-ww spaaghetti, broccoli (hopefully no cake)
    S-tea, dark chocolate
  • Yesterday ended up decently, though I did have a small dish of vanilla ice cream at my friend's house....

    Breakfast:
    cheerios with 1/2 banana, 1% milk
    1/2 english muffin with natural pb*

    Snack:
    hard boiled egg

    Lunch:
    Spinach* salad with tomato*, orange pepper*, avocado* and salmon*
    small square of spoonbread

    Snack:
    lf cottage cheese with fruit (banana or peaches)

    Dinner:
    grilled chicken, fresh green beans*, brown rice*

    Oh, and I broke down and bought some Green & Black's chocolte - Expresso flavored - 95% dark chocolate. OMG - it's devine!
