I am new here and wanted to say 'Hi'! My sister and I rejoined WW 2 weeks ago after much yo-yo dieting and trying all types of plans. I lost 3# the first week and my second weigh in is Monday - so wish me luck! Actually, I've been doing really well following my points and keeping track of my flex points. I haven't started exercising again but will be adding that in on Monday (at least that is the plan

) Anyhow, I have a question about POINTS. Does anyone know, or have some idea, of how many calories are in each point? I think I read somewhere that it's about 50 cal./point but I have no idea if that's true or not. I like the simplicity of counting points but I'd also like to know what the calorie equivalent is just to know. I am allowed 26 Points/day right now. I'm guessing that's about 1300 cal? Anyone know for sure?
