Actually sometimes this is detrimental to your body (not always but sometimes) when you are move active your body MAY need more to keep it from thinking it is starving and with W/W there is always a deficit in the amount of calories so you needed worry about counteracting the good of the exercise with more food. But since they are ALWAYS optional there is no right or wrong.
W/W says in very general terms 1 food point is equal to approximately 50 calories and W/W says in very general terms 1 activity point is equal to approximately 100
BURNED calories.....so you will still be taking in less than you spent.
