Default Anybody in Ontario need a buddy?

Hi!

I'm new here, looking for a diet buddy in/around Kitchener, Ontario.

I don't have a ton to lose, but have gained 20-25 pounds since my wedding barely a year ago, and need to NIP IT IN THE BUD!!! I need help with motivation, since my husband (who can eat whatever, never exercise, and remain rail-thin) is NOT providing it!

Let me know if you want to buddy up!

Susan

Default Hello!

Good morning. I am starting today, because it's Monday and I need to lose about 20 pounds that have crept up on me somehow? I've been meaning to do this for awhile but.....I can't wait any longer. I start back to teaching in two weeks and my clothes are going to be tight. Hopefully that will change by Christmas. I live in Elliot Lake and would love a buddy to get me through thihttp://tickers.TickerFactory.com/ezt/d/3;10703;62;0;0/c/0/t/-23/k/a5fa/weight.pngs. What do you think?

Default goals

Hello everyone. I just started the Fat Smash diet today. I turned 36 yesterday and I am the highest weight I've ever been. I have a 3 1/2 year old daughter who is very active. I want to be able to run around with her. Is anyone else on Fat Smash?? Any good recipes out there for eggs. I have to eat 4 egg whites a day, and I HATE eggs. I can have any vegetable and use any spices. Any ideas?? Thanks

P.S. How do I get the cool goal line to add to my posts??

Tonight. . .I am buying a scale.

I am kind of nervous - I have never owned a scale before, and I know that I tend a bit towards the obsessive-compulsive side. I know it will take a lot of willpower for me not to weigh a) when I get up in the morning b) after each workout c) after each meal d) after each trip to the restroom. But I also know I have to hold myself accountable.

Any tips on how to. . .well. . .be responsible in my scale usage?!
