    steel cut oats with a bit of maple syrup, flax meal, blueberries and milk

    Snack:

    1 veggie dog

    Lunch:

    green and yellow zucchini simmered in veggie broth, minced garlic and pesto.
    a bit of brown rice

    Snack:

    yogurt

    Dinner:

    squash casserole from Moosewood Cookbook

    might have some air popped popcorn at night
  • B-greek omelet (*spinach, 2egg, feta cheese)
    S-*kiwi,*walnuts
    L-huge salad (romaine and spinach) green pepper, *onion,*chickpeas, *olives,*cauliflower
    S-*orange,*tea and a ww graham cracker w/peanut butter
    D-tilapia, *sweet potato, *tomato slices from garden (yum),peas?
    S-*dark chocolate Lindor ball, popcorn
  • Breakfast - berries, yogurt granola and walnuts

    Lunch - spinach salad with chicken, mandarin orange and Newman's Own Low-Fat Sesame Thai dressing

    Snack - Ryvita and pepper jack cheese with tomato

    Dinner - Roasted salmon with lemon, roasted beet salad, brown rice pilaf

    Dessert - dark chocolate, cherries
