Default Chewing Gum

Today, when looking at my gum, Orbit-sugarless-spearmint-- It said not a low calorie food. I never noticed that before and when I looked at the back of the package it says 5 Calories per piece! I also thought gum would be no calories. Is this true? You do not swallow it!!! Are all gums like this????

yep all gums are like that. 5 cal isn't much in my opinion. I think the cal comes from the juices produced, not from swallowing. It does bring to mind though that I go through gum like water.
