Default Luna Pria or other bars

Does anyone use these "energy bars" if so which one and do you know how many pts. I was thinking of some when I'm on the go. Thanks for any help.

I've used Luna bars -- the Dulce de Leche flavor is 180 calories, 3 grams fiber, 3 grams fat, 3 points. I think the Chocolate Pecan Pie, Chocolate Peppermint Stick and Chocolate Caramel Nut (all tasty) are also 3 points.

I use the atkins meal replacement bars ( the peanut butter granola) and I love them! They have like 18 or 19 grams of protein, 200 calories, and 3 net carbs per bar. (Estimate) They are delicious.

I use the Luna Bars too, I think they taste the best and are designed with a woman's nutritional needs in mind. 3 points each and yummy! I love the caramel pecan brownie and chocolate peppermint stick flavors (chocoholic here).

yeah, lunas are all 3 points as far as i know and lots of them are very yummy. The balance gold bars (also very yummy but have more sugar) are like 4 pts. Balance also now makes a 100 calorie bar that translates to 2 points.

I discovered a new brand that i like. Solo bars are a few more calories than lunas but otherwise similar in nutrition (maybe slightly more fat) and the chocolate bar tastes like a fudge brownie.--according to my slider, they're 4 points (and actually, lunch today was a solo bar, a light yogurt smoothie and a salad with vinaigrette dressing)

Pria makes a 110 cal. bar that's 2 points, but I've had trouble finding it lately. My favorite is the Luna Lemon Zest bar at 3 points. I try not to use them often because they can start me craving carbs, but they are so portable and easy.

I love the Pria 110 cal. bars. They are 2 pts each and really do taste good. My favorite is the Chocolate Mint.

Balance 100 cal. bars in peanut butter crunch are also good, and only 1pt. each. I notice that somebody here had a Balance 100 cal. bar that was 2pts, but I used my points calculator and the peanut butter and the choc. crisp both come out to 1pt each. Great for a little pick-me-up in the afternoon or after a work-out.

You can find them at just about any grocery store. I even noticed that Amazon grocery online has them at a reduced price, but you have to buy a big box of them.

ah.. you know it's possible that i didn't use my calculator/ slide rule and just eyeballed it and assumed that 100 cal=2 pts

I  Luna bars! I eat 1-2 of them / day. My fav. flavors are the cranberry, and well... the cranberry. They're all yummy, but cranberry is my fav.
