I'm far from you, but all of us here are neighbors! Spend some time looking around and get your motivation here (I really got some great motivation from Glory87 in the goals section). I'm no longer a SAHM, and my kids are a bit older (11 and 15) but you're lucky--you can load them in a stroller and take them for a walk and get the extra benefit of having to push them!!! I started my weight loss by walking, but with my dogs rather than my children. They made me go faster, but I had nothing to push! For the first 4 months of the year, I walked 4-5 days per week and simply watched what I ate and I lost most of my weight. I also remember back to when my DS was 6 months old--I was tired of looking at my fat body, and when I weaned him, I went on a low fat diet and started walking and lost weight FAST. It wasn't as easy this time around.
