I buy some granola that's in the natual section of the store, can't remember the brand but it had dried fruit in it like cranberries and it's only about 320 per cup, if you look around you can find it. But I personally can't sit down and eat a cup of granola, but a couple of handfuls as a snack is great, and way healthier than sugary candy or buttery popcorn which would be near triple the amount of calories

Only you can decide how many calories you want to have at any given time and what form they are in. I love the dried fruit idea too Glory, I will have to pick some up for just such an occasion.
