beginner with short attention span...

  • need some dvds to get me going and into excercising (need to be able to do it at home cos i cant do the gym) but I have a short attention span and about 80lbs to lose...

was thinking about turbo jam but cant seem to find real honest reviews of it..

    any recommendations would be appreciated
  • I love Turbo Jam. I've tried other videos and couldn't get into them. I think a lot why I like them is that Chelene is such an upbeat person. She encourages you as your learning. And the results you get are amazing. Just read some Turbo Jam threads. I hope I've helped you.

  • I agree with Cynthia, I love Turbo Jam, I have also use other videos, I have the Firm, Walk away the pounds and others.

I have Project you and Turbo Jam and love both. But the turbo jam I really prefer. PY has cardio, sculpting, Pilates and Yoga, I love the Pilates and Yoga. and dont usually have time for the 2 Sculpting workouts, so I use the Turbo Sculpt instead.
I found that with the Cardio, I was I was watching the time ticker to see how much time I had left. With Turbo Jam, I dont..And it goes so quickly, you can not believe it is over.

    I highly recommed it...
  • Kihaku ~~ I was like you...sat on the fence several months because I kept hearing that some of the reviews weren't real. It got me to thinking too, that no way could so many people love Turbo Jam. That was until a poster on another forum urged me to just give it a try...especially since it was being offered on QVC (fast shipping & 30-day money back guarantee). So, I bit and I will admit that it's one of the best decisions I've made in a long time. I know there will be a few that will not like this workout, but I think most people do love it. Those reviews are real. For the first time in my adult life, I now get up at 5:30a to exercise. I love Turbo Jam...it has changed my life for the better. Good luck to you.
