Hi bouncy - Linda has it totally right, you've got to plan ahead, particularly for breakfast. I am also a sleeper in the morning and don't want to spend half an hour making breakfast every day. One of my tricks is to chop omelette veggies and keep them in small tupperwares so I can just wake up and throw them in a frying pan with some egg whites. It takes only 5 minutes instead of 25

! I usually keep chopped onion, mushroom, pepper, feta cheese, and smoked salmon on hand so I can have variety. I'm also a huge fan of whole-grain toast with peanut butter - YUMMY! I also do yogurt as a protein in the AM when I am in a hurry. Throw some cinnamon on it and maybe sprinkle a few raisins or teaspoons of grapenuts and it will taste great!
Eating breakfast is so good for you, make it a habit. For years I skipped breakfast and thought I was doing myself a favor by saving calories - boy, was I WRONG! Now I eat breakfast everyday and find that it keeps me from over-eating throughout the rest of the day, and gets my metabolism going right off. I never gained a single ounce by adding breakfast into my diet. Infact, it's helped me to both lose and maintain.
KEEP IT UP! YOU CAN DO THIS!
