Default meat sauce

How many pts is 1lb of lean beef 93% with lite spaghetti sauce. I know that whole wheat spaghetti is 3pts for a cup, but dont know how much the sauce would be for a cup?

Ok, I figured about 5 points (includes 1/2 C pasta) for mine and I use the same thing. I add tons of veggies and ground turkey and use 1 1/2 cups of suace. I hope this helps you.
