Hi All! I am new here and am determined to lose this weight that has crept up on me over the last 4 years. I had no idea how much weight I had gained until I looked at pictures of myself (yuck!) and have recently realized how out of shape I really am. Sigh...
I just recently started doing the Turbo Jam workouts and I love it!
Anyways, I also wanted to say that I think all of you are such great motivation and I hope you all achieve your goals.
