Delish Chicken Fajitas

  • If for some reason the tablespoon of lime juice makes this Phase 2, please let me know and I will move this to Phase 2 Entrees-

    Cooking Light

    1 pound chicken tenders
    1 tsp chili powder
    1/2 tsp cumin
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tbsp lime jiuce
    2/3 cup sliced green onion
    1/3 cup cilantro
    1/2 c plain yogurt

    Saute chicken, chili powder, and cumin- saute 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked. Combine chicken, pepper, salt, and lime juice in a bowl- toss well. Add green onions, cilantro, and yogurt- toss well.

    Serves 4- good wrapped in romaine leaves for Phase 1- WW tortillas for Phase 2.
