I did lose nearly 35 pounds some 3 years back with a diet plan similar to cabbage soup diet and it worked wonders for me and my friends. but then I put on my weight after i got married, moved to a new country..new job etc! '
But I have started running 15 min a day for atleast 4 days a week and have stopped all sugar and sweet food. I try to eat only fat free, sugar free foods but still unable to shed.
so I have thought of being strict with myself and get to the power body again.
I try to keep myself motivated and happy
