  • Hi Everyone,

    I just found this forum and I'm really excited about it. I'm already on my way to my 80 lb goal. I've lost 8 lbs so far and I feel great about it! I'm walking and lowering my calorie intake and it's working well for me.

    I hope to find encouragement and friends here.

  • Hi Tirzah and , you've come to a great place for support. Congratulations on losing 8 lbs, that's a great start. I lost 30 lbs a few years ago on WW selection plan and did a good job at keeping it off but had some stress in my life and gained it all back in a few months (plus I quit smoking 5 months ago which didn't help me) but I am determined to get the weight off again. Post often so we can get to know you.

    "...which didn't help me" ?????? I KNOW you didn't mean it to sound that way. Of course it HELPED you. Congratulations on quitting smoking! You'll get the weight off too in time. Meanwhile to you!

    I walk about 25-45 mins, depending on how much time I have to do it!
