NEW Here ..268!!! The beginning definitely not the End

    First off I want to thank all of you people who have met your goals from those 1 pound transformation changes to the hundred+ club you have all been some type of inspiration for me and bet so many others.



    I am Looking for someone to buddy up with and meet what I would like meet short time goal for the summer of 60 Pounds. I lose weight rather fast when serious. I am not restricting myself to diet because definition of diet is in category of short term and I want to make LIFESTYLE CHANGES . I have bigger goal which i would like to call a LIFESTYLE goal of 120 pounds I have lost 30-50+ pounds in the past because I use medication (adipex, meridia , this time i refuse to be handicap to these pill and gain the weight back immediately. I JUST GRADUATED FROM COLLEGE!!!! YAY FOR ME ( So more dorm food will help me out) ... ooh okay I am talking to much


    My Transformation 2006 plan ....

    I am counting my calories restricted myself to 1300 cals. My basic eating "scheme" right now is low carb (even though secretly I endulged on fresh bread my grandmother made today ... though i guess i cancelled that cal intake with 45 min of Tae Bo Bootcam) and high proteins. I am just running and doing Billy Blanks Tae Bo (Fat Blaster and Boot camp absolutely love it) I am using Fitday Journal to track everything love that too disappointed I discovered it now!!!
