Hey everyone!

I am new here. Found out about this place from a friend! This place looks like sooooooo much fun!

A little about myself. I am 25, from Canada. I am currently living with my BF. I just finished teacher's college. I am looking to lose 8 - 10 pounds...well struggling anyway! haha

anyone want to buddy up?

Hi Moondust and . I'm sure you'll love it here. Everyone is so great and very informative. How are you planning to lose the weight, what program are you going to try ? I've just started on the low-carb program and so far so good, I really like it. Good luck with your weight loss journey !

BrowneyedJ- I haven't really decided to do a program per se, more just watch portions and eat healthy. I have decided to give up chocolate and minimize sweets/desserts. Anything sugary kind of "sets me off"
