I have been on every diet out there. I have plateaued for a long time so I hope this gets me off that. I was confused only on a few issues. I read about the diet in the womens world and the first 10 days sounds more like wave1 combined with wave 2. there are choices that I would think are more wave 2 after reading the book so I am following the book. I am doing a lot of my own recipes but I am confused on the snacks.
In the book under the plans there are sometimes 1,2,3 or 4 different things listed. Do you eat all of those throughout the day or just choose 1 or 2? Sometimes I don't have any snacks-is that something that will deter weight loss or are snacks encouraged for weight loss?Thanks in advance.
