
I don't know if you guys know my philosophy, but its always health over weight loss for me (this was a huge change from few years ago, when I was still a tennager and all the drama rested on how I wanted to wear sizes smaller than a 0!) And I love stressing the health aspect of dieting! I also never weigh myself because I tend to get compulsive after a while...
but I decided to weigh myself this morning.
Now, I've been on a relatively okay eating plan for 3 weeks. Just 3 weeks have passed since then. When I started weeks ago, I was around 120. Now I'm at 111. I have this feeling that 2 lbs of the total weight loss came from my chest, and that makes me very angry. I don't want to lose any more weight. Seriously I was happier with my boobs at 114-117 ish.
I want to maintain this weight but I'm already eating a lot (no seriously, the more I exercise, the more I eat). Any tips on how I could prevent further weightloss or gain my weight back?
