HELP!!! lol My name's Beth. I'm a 37yr old, married, with a 2 yr old daughter. I have been struggling SOOOO much since my daughter was born to lose weight and keep it off. I know all the right things to do, but I can't get motivated
I exercise 5-6 days/week (cardio and weight training), but eating healthy is my problem! I LOVE LOVE LOVE sweets and I just can't get myself to leave them alone... GRRRRRRRRRRRRRThey say that once you hit 30 or so your metabolism slows down (which I know mine did), but now since having a baby at 35, I think it has almost STOPPED!!!! I've lost weight before and kept it off for a few years, but then gained it all back plus more.
Right now I am 5'1", 168, medium/large body build. My goal is to get to 140-145. The charts say I should be between 115 - 125 for my height, but with my body build, it's not a good fit for me (I've been that low before and I look too skinny), KWIM??
Anyway.. I am really in need of a good swift kick in the a** to get me started again. So... here I am!!! HELP!!!! lol
