one month of peace quiet and training

  • schools out for err easter! well college is shut untill may 2nd. there are about 20 people still on campus. rachael has gone home, and i have a mountain of essays to do. but i can use the pool and the gym with out disruption without being kept up to 4am watching dvds. i'm being trained by some lecturers to get me back in shape. so i'm doing cardio for 30mins every morning and every evening 7 days a week. plus a weights session 4 days a week.
