Moving faster...

  • I heard or read somewhere that when people work they should move fast, it helps to burn calories.

    This would especially be helpful to those in sedentary jobs, such as myself. When you go from the desk to the filing cabinet, move faster.

    Just thought I'd pass that tip along.
  • Thanks for the tip. Anything to do with burning calories faster is sure worth trying. Although I do some walking during my job, I'm mainly at my desk for a majority of the 8 hours. Hmmmm, so if I have to go potty really really bad and I walk fast to get there I'll burn more calories in the process??? Good thinking!
