Unhappy still unhappy

Hi, my name is Bianca and I am new here. I had the RNY surgery about 4 years ago I started at a pre op wt of 285 and now 190 give or take a few. I was put on a diet pill probably almost a year postop b/c they thought I was eating out of mental reasons and not truly hunger and with that I got down in the 170 area and for one day 168. Now almost 1 1/2 years later I and without the diet pills i cant stay under 185. I bounce 190-195. This bothers me so much..... and it makes me so mad that since i was a teen not one day of my life i have not wasted thinking about my weight and not liking myself. can anyone help me...I try daily to tell myself look how far i have come and so much i can do now that i couldnt but i know b/c i am not a skinny minny that it dont matter.

First off YOU DO MATTER!!!!
285 to 195 is a huge accomplishment! Huge!
First off take a picture of you now and put it in a frame with a picture of you at 285. Put it somewhere you can see it everyday. A reminder of how far you have come. You have come a long way and I know you have to be so much healthier. Mine is on the fridge. Reminds me do i really want that little extra something at night (my problem time). I'm with you on the wanting to lose more weight. I'm in that boat right now. But you know what? I look so much better now than I did.... (a couple of years ago I was 260 and lost 60 pounds with Atkins then seemed to stall so looking at other options now). I can wear 12's in mostly anything. Before I couldn't even wear my husband's jeans with a 44" waist. I really want to see a size 8 (and dreaming of 6's), but I'm proud to be in my 12's. You should be very proud of yourself! Look how far you have come! I know we all get discouraged, but really look at what a big difference you have already made for yourself! I'm proud of you because it took a lot to lose that much and to make the decision to do it.
Take care and keep telling yourself how valuable you are.
