Default McD's will suffer for lent!

Ok-so maybe im a fair weather forum user. Im not here all the time, but I love this site! It saves me alot of money :P (reading that nutrasystem article....).

So I've been doing good... but Im stuck. I've hit the cement! Watching my calories, eating naturally health foods (Veggies etc... Mmmm mashed couliflour)... Everyones telling how good I look. How I've lost so much weight. Except, my scale doesnt agree. I'm 12 lbs down from my starting point. But I've been like that over 6 months. There is no way that there could be a difference... right? I know when you work out you gain a bit of muscle mass and thats why theres an increase sometimes. But I've been working out over a year- and not even that much.

Honestly I dont know what to do. I hear women go through this alot, you know....hitting the plateau. I started a change jar for Lipo... although I dont think I could put myself through that (im sucha wuss). Anyone have a clue on how to kick start this thing again. Maybe my sparkplugs are broken.

I love mashed cauliflower. Just had some the other day, in fact. I frequently pick up a whole head from the store and cook it down and mash it.

Yum!

So what are you doing for workouts and what are you eating? If you post a little more info, maybe we can help.
