How many of you make meal plans for the day?
I was thinking of trying it out today.. normally i just make up my mind as the day goes on.. but i'm thinking of making out a meal plan for today and see how that goes.
anyone else do this?
I've also learned that going shopping when hungry is also a bad idea.

) and I just pick what I'm making before (usu. so I can take the meat out of the freezer) and often log everything into FitDay that morning so I'll stay on track. It also lets me know if I'll be especially high or low so I can make changes as I need to.
I just like to plan so I have an idea of my totals for the day since I try to look at things weekly rather than by each meal individually (i.e., my AVERAGE calorie amount for the week is more important to me than how many calories are in a single meal or even a single day).
