OK, I checked out the margarine on the oil section. What I normally use it Shed's Spread light and it says it have zero trans fat and 1 saturated fat. Is this the same as 'trans fatty acids'? It's made with Soybean oil. Thank you so much for the help, I want to do this right!!

You should be using Benecol or Becel, both in the "light" version. We are trying to avoid most sat fats as well as trans fats. They are two different types of fat - one from animal fat and one created from processing There are spreads out there made with olive oil that are probably OK but check the ingredient list and the nutritional count. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter is OK too.
Where are you located, by the way?

Smart Balance is also reccommended by Dr A, and my personal favorite taste-wise.
