i was so worried and so beating myself up.the bad news- i still havent done any cardio or excercize this week. none.
so- my goal for vday is to lose those 3 lbs plus 2 more- so 5 lol. and then i will have 7 more i want to lose before spring break. (kind of a lot in a month but if i really try...)
anyways i've got some of my hope back and i realize i can do this and even the set backs dont mean im completely off course.

For whatever reason this Phase 2 has me nothing but hungry all the time, but the Induction weeks went by fine. I just want chocolate! And I'm tired all the time. I have a weigh in on Mon or Tues and I'm NOT looking to it, even though I know it's all my fault.
