it wasn't as bad as i thought...

  • well my week long "throw my diet to the wind, eat everything in sight, eat every hour, eat eat eat" phase didn't do as much damage as I'd been imagining. I was too scared to hop on the scale before but this am i hopped on and was only 138.5 which is still in my comfort zone. its 6.5 lbs up from where i was this summer...but only 3 lbs up from where I was last week. i was so worried and so beating myself up.

    the bad news- i still havent done any cardio or excercize this week. none.

    so- my goal for vday is to lose those 3 lbs plus 2 more- so 5 lol. and then i will have 7 more i want to lose before spring break. (kind of a lot in a month but if i really try...)


    anyways i've got some of my hope back and i realize i can do this and even the set backs dont mean im completely off course.

    It's good to know that my body isn't the only one that's saying that! For whatever reason this Phase 2 has me nothing but hungry all the time, but the Induction weeks went by fine. I just want chocolate! And I'm tired all the time. I have a weigh in on Mon or Tues and I'm NOT looking to it, even though I know it's all my fault.
