Menu For today

  • Hello everyone. I would like to start, if there isn't on a thread where we post our meals for today. This will give us some new ideas and help us to stay accountable.

    Breakfast: 2 shredded wheat biskets, 1c skim milk

    Lunch: Tuna sandwich made with 2 slices lgt WW toast, 2 oz tuna,1 tbs lgt may, chunked cucumber, tom, scallions, hot peppers, raw spinach leaves, garlic.

    Dinner: 4 oz skinless chicken, 2 cups mixed frozen veg.

    Snack: 6oz FF,SF black cherry yogurt.

    Calories: 734

    B: Oatmeal

    S: Blackberries

    L: Lean Cuisine Lasangna, can of asparagus, 7up Plus

    S: carrots

    D: Tuna/Crackers (too lazy to cook today)

    S: V8 Juice

    Excercise: 45 min treadmill of 3.0-3.5 mph uphill
    Water: 50floz. (my weak point)
  • Friday
    Breakfast: 1/2c Total, 1/2c Fiber one,1c skim milk

    Lunch: 2 shredded wheat bisquets, 1c skim milk

    Snack: 1 oz tortilla chips.

    Dinner: Large salad, lett, spinach,5 olives, scallions, green onion, tomato, 1oz athenos feta with basil and tomato, 3 oz skinless chicken, 2tbs light Italian.

    Calories: 835

    I don't count the vegetables so it really is alittle more than that.

    I'm embarassed to tell you what I ate today.

    B: Yogurt, Kreme Filled Donut (work)

    S: chocolate milk

    L: Tuna Casserole Tv Dinner (smart ones), Blackberries

    D: Pork Chop, French Fries, Field Peas (husband cooked while I was gone)

    Excercise: 45 min treadmill/bicycle
    Water: Measly 34oz.
    Fitday Calorie Totals: 1850
  • Saturday
    Breakfast: 2 shredded wheat bisquets, 1c skim milk

    Lunch: 1 boca burger topped with 1 c spinach(wilted), scallions,slice of tomato, 1oz feta cheese.

    Dinner: 4 oz chicken shredded and cooked with 2 TBS BBQ sauce, 2 cups of mixed aspargus veggies.

    Snack: My bad. Lean pockets cheese steak.

    Calories today: 921.

    It's just us..Lol.

    I didn't eat enough today.

    B: V8 Juice
    L: Subway Club Sandwhich on Wheat, loaded with veggies.
    S: Orange and 3 sugar free toffee squares
    D: Zone Meal Bar (I just do not feel like eating. SO weird for me. I'm wondering if this new med that I started is causing that.)

    Excercise: Shopped for 5 hours
    Personal Victory: Wanted to gorge on Chocolates, but selected a reasonable sugar free type and ate only one portion.
    Water: 40oz. (Yeah, I know).
    Calories: 850
