I don't
I only put in specific activities that exceed my defaults.
E.g. when I click on the "home" link, right below my age is my "lifestyle level" which already presumes that I'm active at a certain level most days. I'm a computer programmer, so I chose "Seated work". If I do an hour of yoga I'll note that, or anything else that would increase my activity for the day. If I took an hour long nap in the afternoon, that would decrease my activity, so I'll put that in as an hour of sleep.
It seems to already presume I'm sleeping every day, because seated work seems about right for my maintenance calories. If I tracked everything I did every day (all 24 hours) then I'd put in sleep.
