We have had several members here that have used this plan successfully in the past. We've also had members that were not successful. I guess like any diet plan, it only works if if fits your lifestyle and personal tastes. You should not expect to lose more than 2 pounds of fat per week on any diet plan. Anything more is usually water or lean muscle mass.

THe rules became hard to implement and the cost of food too high.
