Quick Question?????

  • I was wondering if i should count what i do at work as an activity. I am on my feet pushing a water machine for plants all day for like 6 hours. At every plant i either stretch up to reach or kneel down to work on it. What would it be condidered? Walking at a slow pace or what? Can anyone please help me?
  • I definately think you could count it as slow pace walking. Say 3km per hour.
  • If you set your activity level at moderately active because you work physically, and then add your work ... it's kinda like double dipping.

    We all have to fool with fitday a bit to make it representative of reality.

  • This is info I got from DietPower (the program I use to keep track) -- if it's something you do everyday, you can't count it (I guess like chasing a toddler around all day)

    Any truth to that?
