I guess I'm not going to define "healthier", if that makes any sense. What I will do is post all the nutrition stats in a couple of days (after everyone has had a chance) and then each individual can decide what is "healthier" for them. The nutrition stats I have include calories, fat, chol, sodium, carbs, fiber, protein, and several vitamin. I'll calculate the WW points of each of the choices and then you can each decide for yourself and your plan which you think is the better choice.
I follow WW so my points value is what's important to me, however, since I'm a little diabetic, the carbs and sugar are important too. So as you can see, each individual would probably think one or the other of the "stats" are most important. What I found interesting was the muffin
I thought fit me best, really didn't. I quizzed Honey and he was surprised too.
That's the only hints I'll give......but again, what my "healthy" is and what yours is for your program may be different so keep voting.
