hello all...i am new here and have been on weightwatchers online for 6 days now. I am really getting into this diet but could use all the support and recipes i can get. I am a 32 year old wife, mommy and school counselor. I can't wait to meet people here!!

p.s. can anyone point me in the direction to make a weight loss ticker?

Hi Adriann! I'm Tiffany and I'm new too. Like most people I started a new diet to begin this year. I just joined so I really hope that this forum will be a good place to find support. To do the tracker go to www.3fatchicks.com/weight-tracker/ and just follow the instructions. Then copy and past the code into your signature in your user CP. Going to exercise now, but hope to talk to you soon!

Hi, I'm 32 also! I'm a wife and mom of 2 little ones...and I did ww online. I think it's a good way to get started. As for recipies, I like simple ones. The ww site did have some that looked pretty good. They also had recipies that were just like the ones that had all the fat and cals, but without all the fat and cals! They were modified to be better for you-and very easy!
I'll try and get back on here tomorrow, so if you need some encouragement, I'll be here.

Hi Adriann,

I would really like to have a buddy, also. I am 33, have two girls (3 and 7), and also work in a school (but I'm a teacher). I do WW, although I go to meetings. I did online for awhile, so I'm familiar with it.
