iv tried all the diets in the world

  • iv tried atkins, other low carb.south beach, low cal,low fat,smoothies,liquid,cambridge,soup,cabbage soup,starving,powder, meal replacements, weight loss for idiots and lots more i cant remember but iv finally found thew one that works for me it was suggested to me by anne collins this is day 2 and iv gone from 11.8.2 to 11.7.4

    4pint of water a day minimum

    breakfast 2 shredded wheat with 125ml semi skimmed milk

    snack 1piece fruit

    chicken salad sandwich on wholemeal bread

    1piece fruit and 1 cereal bar

    2 potatoes boiled, peas and carrots tinned is ok 4 slices of meat 1tbs mayo if you wish

    2more fruit
