Hello fellow 30 somethings:
I went to the doctor's to get a physical. He is very pleased with my weight loss progress and my cholesterol, blood sugar and other readings are great. He thinks I'm on the right track. However, here's the not so good news. I thought I was 5' 2", when in reality I am only 5' tall.

Not a huge deal, but it changes my goal weight from 132 to 125. I am trying to get into that normal range that the BMI has set-up. Right now I am obese and in another 26 lbs I'll be downgraded to overweight! Then once I'm 128 I'll be "normal". Well I want to give myself a 3 lb buffer to gain or lose. For 5' tall woman, my ideal weight range is 101(yeah right) - 128. So far so good. I've lost 17 lbs and I made it through Thanksgiving and my office holiday party without any difficulty. I know Christmas will be a breeze as well. It's just frustrating. I had only 55 lbs to lose, now I have over 60. Oh well. This too shall pass.
God bless you all on this Lord's day.
