dinner ww tuna and brocolli wedge melt
tea 2 double ham salad sandwiches on best of both bread with llow fat spread, tomatoes, spring onion,lettuce,cucumber
at night bowl of alpen with 1% fat milk
snack 3 rice cakes
drinks
1pt dilute orange
3 cups of tea with 1 sugar i find this keeps me full i know this isnt the best of diets but im sure its better than the crisp and chocolate diet?
