3 cups of tea with 1 sugar i find this keeps me full i know this isnt the best of diets but im sure its better than the crisp and chocolate diet?
i dont want to get my hopes up but im actually losing weight i was back up to 11.7 and now im 11.5 and i lovvvveee the food i love fruit for breakfast i could have ham salad every day forever and the ww meals r nice this is 1 diet im going to enjoy and stick to
im amazed as iv never ever lost weight eating healthy maybe its because im eating more? as before id have tiny amounts and this slows metabolism as much as 50%
iv re-joined the gym to my aim is to burn 400cal every day but i was wondering if i was to say eat 1500cal but burn off 400 this leaves 1100 the least reccomended calories is 1200 so should i eat an extra 100cal???? so my body doesnt go into starvation mode
