Low-Impact vid with fast results?

  • These are all about 45-55 minutes long, but the Fitprime series is all low impact and results are almost immediate.
    There are 6 in the set and can go from begiiner to advanced, just modify to suit, the instructors tend to go beginner/intermediate for the routines.

  • Leslie Sansone's Walk Aerobics and Gilad's Beginner's Aerobic DVD would be great to use. They are low impact but run between 30-60 minutes.

  • also another hard to find set that is great is the Firm Basics. One is Fat Burning, Sculpting with Weights and Abs/Buns/Thighs. They all are about 45 minutes very lo impact, but as usual easy to mod and go way up on the weighted segments, concentrate on form, and can be intensified.
