No, Andrea, your not alone. Yesterday after I weighed in at Weight Watchers, I was so depressed, I had gain 2 pounds but I wasnt going to not eat because of that, I was going to start a new day and try to stay on program. Weekends are my downfall as well. Once I go to class, my mother and I go to eat breakfast then do shopping or sightseeing or walking the mall and then do my weekly grocery shopping. Yesterday we went to Denny's and I usually get waffles or pancakes with sugarfree syrup since that is the only time of the week that I eat out for breakfast. But not yesterday, I chose from the FitFare menu, it had the calories, fiber and fat listed so I could figure points and I had since they serve 24 hours a day, I had the chicken breast, green beans and corn and coffee. But I still have to work on this every day, I dont want to get back where I was. I just became a Lifetime Member and had lost 130 pounds and gaining back 5 since Halloween is so depressing. But I know I have to keep at this way of life or I will get back to 283 and I sure dont want that. And I know you can do it too Andrea, we will just have to work at this together.
