18 Day challenge

  • I was just wondering if anyone had ever done the 18 day challenge menu plan. You do the take off drink plan and then 14 days of eating your servings during the time it says to on the the 18 day menu plan. You also have to drink a replacement slim down meal at dinner. Then you do two more days of the take off drink plan. I just joined two weeks ago but I decided to do it. I had to pay another 90 dollars for meal replacement shakes and 2 bottles take off juice on top of the cost of the plan and the protein bars I just paid for two weeks ago. I'm broke!! N-E ways I was just wondering how much wieght I might expect to lose. If I lose the most wieght I get a 50 dollar store credit.
  • I've never heard of this. Not too crazy about the idea-1) Sounds too "strict" about eating certain things at certain time (would drive me insane) and 2) I hate meal replacements. I want to chew my food, thankyouverymuch.

    Hope it works well for you though. Keep us posted. I'm sure there are others that might like to try it.
  • let me know how it works brandy, but I can't stomach normal fattening shakes, so I couldn't fo that one. How does the daily meal plan work though?
  • Thanks, I was really hopeing someone would have done it before because I just wanted to know what results to expect. I don't like shakes either but I'm very competitive so I thought i could handle it for the 14 days I have to drink it. I know it will be very strict but I really want to kickstart my metobolism and lose all the weight I can at first before I start to plateau and struggle. I think eating so strict will help me get in the habit of eating better so when the 18 days is up it will seem easier. This is what I get to eat.

    1 fruit
    1 fat

    Mid PM
    LA lite

    Dinner
    1 Slim Down Meal

    1 fruit

    I am on the red diet. The other diets are simular but just less food.
